Lux Bond & Green Retail Renovation

The Lux Bond & Green project was a full interior renovation of a 3,900-square-foot luxury retail space delivered on an accelerated schedule to support reopening ahead of the critical holiday season. With the store fully closed during construction, minimizing downtime required detailed pre-planning, close coordination, and disciplined execution across all trades.

Unlike a typical retail fit-out, the project featured intricate architectural detailing, layered ceiling assemblies, dense lighting layouts, and refined millwork tailored to a high-end retail environment. Petra worked closely with the design team, ownership, and subcontractors to manage complex sequencing, coordinate long-lead materials, and proactively resolve field challenges to maintain schedule momentum.

Through thoughtful cost review and collaborative change management, the team protected the project’s quality and design intent while delivering meaningful value to the client. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule, allowing Lux Bond & Green to reopen in November in a polished, luxury retail setting.
