Eder-Goodman Corporate Headquarters Consolidation
Following the merger of Eder, Goodman, and Slocum & Sons, Eder-Goodman consolidated three Connecticut offices into a new corporate headquarters in Meriden. The project transformed a former pharmaceutical research and vaccine production facility into a modern, collaborative workplace.
Extensive demolition and reconfiguration converted former laboratory spaces into open offices, glass-front management offices, collaborative work areas, and flexible spaces for meetings, training, and employee engagement. The project also included asbestos remediation and removal of existing laboratory equipment and furnishings.
Through careful planning, stakeholder coordination, and value engineering, the completed headquarters supports greater operational efficiency and communication while providing flexibility for Eder-Goodman’s continued growth.
