Guilford Waterfront Residence

Restoration of this house, built in 1953 by Tony Smith, a world-famous sculptor, included the removal of some later additions, the restoration of original finishes, a sod roof, and a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade. This particular house is an excellent example of the international style of architecture.
