Yale School of Medicine Psychology Clinic

Petra Construction revitalized the second floor of 40 Temple Street, delivering a fully modernized psychology clinic for Yale School of Medicine. The project required complete interior demolition and rebuild, new therapy rooms equipped with multi-camera recording, custom millwork installations, feature lighting, and extensive A/V infrastructure to support teaching and research. Working directly above an active eye surgery clinic, the team carefully scheduled noisy work, maintained continuous communication with building management, and utilized a window lift system to avoid disruptions. This project showcases Petra’s ability to execute complex renovations in occupied, high-sensitivity environments with precision and collaboration.
