E.S. Harkness Hall at Yale University

Petra Construction was selected to provide preconstruction and construction management services for what was dubbed as the “ESHD Trilogy” project at Yale University. This initiative involved the renovation of E.S. Harkness Hall Student Lounge, an expansion of the fitness center, and key infrastructure upgrades, including the installation of a new dedicated outside air system and a rooftop unit. All three projects began in July and reached substantial completion by March 4th, finishing a month and a half ahead of schedule and under budget.
