Niantic Residence

This project’s architect created a commendable design, bringing a languishing residence in various states of disrepair up to luxurious current standards. The design included a resort-like pool courtyard, extensive bluestone loggia spaces, an inviting exterior fireplace, two strategic additions that achieved the unification of the existing structures, and the complete renovation of all interior and exterior architectural elements.
