As part of an Alliance Agreement, this 80,000-square-foot renovation and expansion was needed to consolidate facilities and accommodate increased call volume. The space includes an additional 300 workstations and 300,000 linear feet of new data cable. The expansion was planned in two phases and required significant coordination with several local regulatory agencies. Shutdowns and system testing were completed during off-hours to minimize business interruptions.
