The central heating plant for this office facility was substantially upgraded by replacing three oil fired boilers with two natural gas fired boilers. Removal of the existing boilers required disassembly and coordination, based on limited time and space. The project's primary challenge was a thirty day window to complete the entire project, based on impending system testing.
