Major renovations to this 100 year old historic clubhouse included the replacement of floor and wall finishes, an expansion of the locker rooms, significant upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, new decorative lighting, millwork restoration, and replacement of doors and windows. Exterior improvements included upgrades to the building and site drainage systems.
