This multi-faceted new 66,410 sf facility contains 76 multi-occupant rooms with 165 beds, located above street level retail space. The lower level contains food service facilities, a dining area, and student activity space. Petra collaborated with the geotechnical engineer to install aggregate piers as a cost effective solution to address the challenging existing soil conditions.
