A spectacular new building on the University's already beautiful campus, this 24,000 sf classroom and administrative building was completed in only ten months to support the University's scheduling requirements. To meet budgeting needs, the original projected cost was reduced by 15% through diligent teamwork between Petra, the owner, and the architect.
