This new 14,100 sf emergency pet care center consists of a waiting room, treatment areas, operating rooms, a library, meeting rooms, offices, and living quarters for intern veterinarians. The considerable amount of rock at the site presented challenges that were met via great teamwork on the part of Petra, the owner, and the design professionals, delivering a substantial reduction in the potential cost to the owner.
