Yale New Haven Hospital, Brioche Dorée, Atrium Café

The former “Atrium Café”, located on the first floor of the hospital, was converted into a new café for the French-based establishment, “Brioche Dorée.” Renovations included the complete removal of the interior of the existing café and the construction of a new full-service café, complete with food service equipment, extensive millwork, and interior finishes. The project was completed within a very aggressive schedule to support the reopening of this very active food service.
